It always warms my cockles when reading through our online bingo forum to read of our members having lady luck sat on their shoulders and one player who is a member of our bingo forum and an avid BallsUp Bingo reader had lucky dust scattered all over the family this weekend as between them her and her husband managed to scoop over £5,500 in guaranteed jackpot wins over three internet bingo sites this weekend.

It’s been a lucky weekend for you and your hubby this weekend tell us about your bingo wins?
We started Friday night by winning the first Guaranteed Pot ever run by Think Bingo a nice tidy sum of £3000, at the same time on Foxy Bingo we won one of their guaranteed daily pots of £1000; by that stage we were well chuffed. Later in the evening we were tinkering about on Wink Bingo having a wee run on their slots, we play slots there because they do not have the silly minimum £30 withdrawal.
We ran out of cash but had bonus monies left, it was only 5p games everywhere and we were ready to turn of the computers for the evening so we just pre-bought on their £3k -20th month guaranteed pot, signed off and forgot all about it.
Late on Sunday night after a meal and a few lemonades celebrating Hemans (our user’s nickname for her husband) birthday we signed onto Wink Bingo to play the slots and our balance had jumped to £1500.04, OMMMGG. Checking the game history we discovered that we had shared the 3k pot, to say it topped of a great weekend is an understatement!
Do you have a favourite internet bingo site?
My favourite site is definitely Foxy Bingo; it was where I was introduced to bingo back in October 2005. Having said that since Wink Bingo has made an appearance we enjoy playing there; they were the first to introduce the guaranteed pots.
Both sites have good and bad points; Foxy Bingo has loads of players so the odds of winning are way down, we tend to play the guaranteed pots there and not a lot else, we don’t even bother playing their PJP anymore because it pays out at least once a day and doesn’t get to the values it used to.
Wink Bingo has a great community spirit, I have noticed that it is full of ex-Foxy Bingo and Think Bingo players but too many of the winners are unfunded players or people playing their generous welcome bonus.
I also like Bingo Ballroom and Get Minted Bingo; they run off of the same platform, i.e. 888holdings software, it’s a foolproof user friendly system.
Foxy Bingo, Wink Bingo and BBR all have a great bunch of chat hosts who welcome everyone and ensure the site rules are adhered to.
I also play on 888Ladies Bingo but not as much as the others because they don’t have as many big pots as the others. You can tell we are jackpot chasers.
I can’t play Think Bingo because I am banned for being naughty so I leave Heman to play there. To be honest he is not that keen on the site; it has an unenforced no raiding policy which make the site a bit of a joke to most players, he tends to just play their big pots.
Do you use the pre-buy facilities for many of the guaranteed jackpots?
We tend to watch the number of players before we decide to buy. At other times when we have built up Bonus Points/monies or have a few quid left over at the end of the day we will buy a few tickets here and there. I like the idea of pre-buy because if you have a wee win you buy a couple of tickets at a time so you do not have to fund just for the bigger pots. Even better if you have forgotten you bought tickets for a game and sign on later to a nice healthy balance.
Over the last few months we have had wins on Wink Bingo, Mirror Bingo, BBR and now Think Bingo through their pre-buy options; the only one we haven’t managed to land yet is one of the pre-buys on Foxy Bingo but we got our fingers, legs, toes and eyes crossed for one of them.
Where you logged into Wink Bingo when you scooped a share of their 3K guaranteed bingo game?
No, we were logged into a vodka n coke and a cool pint of lager in one of the local pubs, we only discovered the win after midnight when we staggered home. Whilst we were in the pub I received a text from CLSassy reminding us to buy tickets and I thought, we missed out on that pot because we hadn’t pre-bought, turns out we had!

I have been using BallsUp Bingo for about 6 months and have tried every site that has been recommended!
What do you find most useful at BallsUp Bingo?

I like the mad nutters on the bingo forum; everyone cares about each other if someone is awol they are tracked down to ensure they are OK, they are a warm welcoming bunch but they are not very good at dancing a Conga. The bingo reviews side is great because it’s honest, trustworthy and easy to read without being bombarded with loads of flashing ads and most importantly it is given from a players’ point of view, no crap or flannelling because a sponsor is trying to promote their site through the bingo reviews. After all we are the most important thing at any internet bingo site.
