Think Bingo are one of the oldest and most established bingo sites on the net and were the first and original site to use the 888/Globalcom software so well known today. It’s a standalone site, so it may use familiar software but you won’t be competing against a network here, only players from this site. Getting started at Think Bingo is pretty easy, just a few simple details and you can register for an account and get playing. There are several payment options accepted so everything is user-friendly and as hassle-free as possible, and as this software is so well-used, you’re likely to find everything is quite familiar anyway.
The bingo lobby is not so different to a hundred other sites using this software; a selection of tabs offering different types of bingo. You can choose from 75-ball or 90-ball in the main rooms, and you’ll also see the specials tab for pre-buys and guaranteed jackpots. From the Think Bingo lobby you can see all the ticket prices and even find out who the host is in each room, and how many people are playing, so it’s easy to make decisions about where you want to play as you hop around site.
Once you do enter the bingo room you’ll see the familiar 888/Globalcom layout; bingo tickets take up full stage, ticket purchasing to the left is simple and easy, and chat appears to the right of the screen with plenty of presets and chat games playing throughout the day. Think Bingo is no different to any other site using this software and the bingo rooms look identical.
Above the chat box, and from the bingo lobby you will see a selection of slots and mini games, these are all playable in an instant and if you access them from the bingo rooms, you can play bingo and spin the reels on your favourite games at the same time. Overall, Think Bingo offers an easy to navigate interface and it’s pretty graphic rich too.
With such a busy marketplace, players are used to treats while they play and the promotions page at Think Bingo offer a selection of these. There’s nowhere near as much as you see at many sites of this ilk, but there are plenty of offers to spice up your game and give you a little something to play for alongside the bingo.
There was a time that Think Bingo was considered a market leader, and for many veteran players it will be the first site they ever visited. However in more recent times, we feel that Think may have been overtaken a little by their counterparts of the same ilk, and we ‘think’ they have gone off the boil a little. There’s plenty on offer, but no more than other similar brands and much less than many.
Think Bingo Review – Bingo Games
Game Options at Think Bingo
There are three bingo variants on offer at Think Bingo, two 75-ball variants (pattern and five line) and 90-ball bingo too. There are plenty of bingo rooms to choose from, and once you’re in them there are plenty of options available to personalise your game. If you wish you can daub your own cards, or take advantage of the autodaub function, and you can sort your cards so the best one always appears first. Chat options give you the chance to change the way chat appears, or you can close out completely, and sound options allow you to switch off the caller if you wish.
Alongside the games are a selection of instant wins and slots, and there’s plenty to play here. Many famous names such as Fluffy Favourites, and big progressive jackpots are on offer here, and there are plenty of chances to change your coin size and adjust the games according to your budget.
Jackpots
Like many sites using this software, Think Bingo has a selection of progressive jackpots across the bingo rooms, and these mean you are never more than a few lucky calls from a big win. If you prefer your jackpots a little more guaranteed then check out the specials tab as there is plenty on offer here, including the Saturday jackpot schedule where the site offers nine chances to win a big prize throughout the day. Tickets for these games are pre-buy so even if you can’t get into the rooms, you don’t have to miss out!
Chat Games
Chat is a big part of Think Bingo and the chat rooms themselves are vibrant and busy. The chat hosts are all friendly and easy to communicate with them and all day and night, these hosts will be playing chat games, giving players the chance to win extra points that can be turned back into bingo play. Some games are winners based, but everyone gets a chance here with numbers games, and up and down games. Chat games pay an average of 1,000 loyalty points and that can be turned back into £1 worth of bingo.
Promotions
We’ve been watching Think Bingo for about 10 years now and they’ve clearly followed the advice of if it’s not broken, don’t fix it, because many of the regular promotions, such as the Think Tank and many chat tournaments haven’t changed since the site launched. A selection of promotions are available on site, but if you like yours fresh and ever-changing, you may find yourself disappointed with what you find here.
