Bingo on the Box bills itself as a site that you can access online, via your mobile device or even on telelvision. Even their logo is a bingo all inside a television and next to this it says ‘As Seen on TV’. The problem is they no longer mention on the site how or when you can actually view them. Prover two days, but unfortunately after a long delay, neither of them could actually tell us if they are still on the box or not. For this reason, we will be basing this review purely on the online bingo site and nothing else.
Bingo on the Box pack a lot of information on their homepage, and their heavy use of flashing banners means you won’t want to spend too long staring a the screen. There are banners for their latest offers, promotions, hot games, top rated games, customer service, progressive jackpots and lots, lots more. It is all useful information but it could have been laid out a lot better. The dark purple and blue colour scheme is certainly different to most of the other sites out there and it makes a real change from the pinks and pastels that bingo sites usually use.
Registering at Bingo on the Box is a simple one procedure, and you don’t even have to enter any credit card details, so you should be up and running in a matter of minutes. You will be welcomed with plenty of free money, so you can get a feel for the place and see whether you like it before wagering any of your own hard earned money. If you do decide you want to play for real though, there are plenty of different ways to fund your account, and you will heard a big bonus on your first deposit, followed by reload bonuses on all future deposits.
The lobby has a nice layout with just six tabs leading to Bingo, Calendar, Slots and Games, Scratch Cards, More Fun and Freebies. Make sure you explore these tabs as they are a great way to find but what is going on at Bingo on the Box. Just in the freebies panel for instance you can take part in free games, earn bonus money by following them on the social networks and refer your friends if you think they would like to sign up too. Click on the ‘Calendar’ option and you will find details of all of their promotions, guaranteeing that you never miss out on the chance to win a prize or a bundle of cash.
Click on the ‘Bingo’ tab and you will find just five rooms offering 75 and 90 ball bingo. Each room includes the time until the next game starts, the price of the tickets, the jackpot up for grabs and the number of players taking part. The rooms themselves are very well designed with a chat panel and a selection of mini games on the left, and the right hand side of the screen dedicated to showing your cards, the numbers as they are called and the prize breakdown. The Microgaming software includes plenty of options to make the game more fun and look just how you want it.
Bingo on the Box has a good mix of promotions to keep you occupied with a regular line-up including free bingo, slots promotions, progressive jackpots, guaranteed jackpots and a whole lot more. If you want to see what specials they have added for the month though, you have to head into the lobby and click on the ‘Calendar’ tab as mentioned earlier. In addition to big cash jackpots, Bingo on the Box gives away plenty of goodies including shopping vouchers and gadgets, guaranteeing they appeal to everyone.
You really have nothing to lose by signing up to Bingo on the Box and giving them a try. They give you enough free money to sample everything they have to offer, so you can be sure it is a place you want to call home or not. The Microgaming software is not our favourite, but it does provide you with plenty of games to choose from. Add to his a good variety of promotions and you have a nice little package, we just wish their support was a bit more helpful!
Bingo On The Box Review – Bingo Games
Game Options at Bingo On The Box
Bingo on the Box has a great range of games to choose from including 75 ball bingo, 90 ball bingo, fruit machines, slots, progressive, table games, live casino games and scratch cards. There are literally dozens of games to choose from and they all look great, combining impressive graphics, exciting gameplay and loads of features to maximise your chances of walking away with a pocket full of cash.
Bingo On The Box runs on the Microgaming software and is a part of the Microgaming network. Head into any of the bingo rooms and will find they are nicely laid out with the largest portion of the screen dedicated to your cards. Click on the ‘Options’ link at the top of the page and you will find three tabs, giving you control over the game, sounds and the dauber, which includes a range of shapes and colours.
The Bingo on the Box chat hosts run a great array of chat games, even during the main bingo games. Each one of these games add to the excitement of the chat room and is an easy way to win yourself some Bingo Bonus Money. These games take place in both the 75 and 90 ball bingo rooms, and these our personal favourites:
75 Ball Room
Gin & Tonic: You will be given a G, an I and an N number. Keep a close eye out for the three numbers to be called, when they do shout G&T and your numbers to win!
Big Fun: This is a big fun memory game! The chat hosts will call out a number from each row, as soon as these numbers come out type ‘BIG’ in the chat room to win!
90 Ball Room
Scrambler: The Chat Host scrambles a word. The first player to unscramble the jumble is the winner. If it’s too hard, look out for the handy hints.
Twist It: The host will pick a random ball between 1 and 90. You then get ready for its twisted number to be called (e.g. 16 and 61) and shout ‘BINGO’ to grab the win.
