Film Bingo premiered in the world of online bingo in July 2014 and became the 19th brand to take a stroll on the 15 Network red carpet. All the bingo games are powered by the Jumpman Gaming software and the welcome bonus, standard to the network. When you land at the site you are greeted by a very stylish design, not quite what you might be expecting from a brand boasting bingo. You won’t find pinks and purples adorning the landing page for this brand but you will find a themed design very fitting for the brand name and the reason for the site launch.

Profits from Film Bingo are being used to another of film projects and you can see which these are by visiting a dedicated page at the site. Owned by a small UK production company called the Dogs of Annwn Ltd, this brand is being run as a commercial fund raising project in order to help develop new feature films. They even bill themselves as being a cross between National Lottery Funding and Kickstarter but with added balls. None of this affects the value of the house prizes, promotions or jackpots on offer at Film Bingo in a negative manner though.

As with all brands online today, you do have to register an account in order to play but this takes just moments. The usual information is required in order to play at the site but there is no section for financial details, these are only required should you choose to make a deposit with Film Bingo. Once you have chosen your username you are ready to play and the first screen you will visit is showing your Member Area.

From this area you can view your game history, transactions and a wealth of other information about your account. You can also access your profile and add a little information about yourself to share with other players if you wish. It’s also where you make a withdrawal and change your preferences (to stop receiving notifications when player’s enter or leave a room if you wish).

Click ‘Play Now’ and you will be taken to the foyer (games lobby) where the ‘currently showing’ games are listed. Film Bingo only hosts two versions of the game online at the moment, 75 and 90 ball bingo are the only options available. However, whilst it may be lacking in the bingo variants, there are a number of instant win gaming options available to choose from too.

Film Bingo is clearly a little different from your run of the mill 15 Network brand and who knows, we may see a prize in the future that could see player/s being used as extra’s in one of the projects that the Dogs of Annwn Ltd are looking to produce!

Game Options at Film Bingo

The game options available at Film Bingo are quite limited in comparison with some of the bigger networks and software collaborations online today. 75 and 90 ball are the only options at this point in time but there are quite a selection of instant win games.

In May 2014 the Jumpman Gaming software introduced mini games to their product and whilst it is great for the slot fan (being able to spin the reels whilst playing bingo too), this actually hinders the chat functionality by making the chat room really small. You do have the option to close the mini game window by clicking the X but it does open as the default setting.

We love the fact that you don’t have to leave a room to buy tickets in another and even if you do buy in multiple rooms, a pop up box to the left of the screen will reveal the winner’s names in all rooms that you have purchased tickets for.

Loyalty Scheme

As soon as you register an account with Film Bingo you will automatically become part of their VIP Scheme. There are five different levels; Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Black. The higher the level that you achieve in this VIP scheme, the better the rewards you can reap. These include:

Unique Features

Jumpman Gaming software but one of our favourites is the Streak Buster. Currently only available in one room (Lucky Stars) this bonus feature means that consecutive losses will result in six free tickets. There are certain requirements though to activate this feature:

• Six tickets must have been purchased in each of the losing games.
• Win one lines, two lines or a full house and the Streak Buster resets.
• If you miss a game, the Streak Buster resets.
