On 22nd June 2015 Lollipop Bingo became the 25th brand to join the 15 Network powered by the Jumpman Gaming software. As is often the case when it comes to reviewing a site that is part of a network, we visited believing we knew exactly what to expect from the site. We were pleasantly surprised to find that whilst the usual network offerings are available from this brand, there’s also an abundance of unique promotions too!
When it comes to the overall aesthetics of a network brand, these are usually much of a muchness too but not at Lollipop Bingo. This site has taken the colour for the sweet confectionary they take their name from and used it across their site. You’re greeted with a virtual taste sensation with each flavour lollipop used in the colour scheme. Bingo balls and lollipops are dotted across the page.
To get started with a lick of the Lollipop Bingo experience you first need to register an account, something that takes just a few moments to do. Opening an account doesn’t require financial details, these are only needed when you choose to make a deposit.
Your Player Area is the place that you can get your teeth into the site a bit, the area where you can create your personal profile, redeem points and generally keep an eye on all the important details. To enter the main lobby takes just a click of the Play Now button.
It’s here that you’ll recognise the software as that provided by Jumpman Gaming with the standard layout and navigation available. From the lobby you can see what games that the site has to offer. At this point in time you only have two game options for bingo, 75 ball and 90 ball but there are several rooms to choose from. Sadly a choice by the network in April 2015 means that you can choose from many rooms but only have access to one room. However, having taken a look at the promotional schedule, we wouldn’t be surprised to hear in the future that Lollipop have opted to open a standalone room too!
Speaking of promotions, it is in this area that the brand stands out from the crowd with four exclusive offers available at launch. A schedule that we hope the site maintains!
As well as bingo Lollipop also has the usual portfolio of side games and of course, Video bingo to choose from. In some ways this makes up for the lack of variety of bingo games available. The site is also privy to all of the unique features of the network as well as their promotions.
Lollipop Bingo Summary
If the additional promotions and overall design of the site are anything to go by then we think Lollipop Bingo is one to watch. Whilst the network as a whole is ok in itself, throw in a few extras and we think the site is on to a winner.
Lollipop Bingo Review – Bingo Games
Game Options at Lollipop Bingo
Sadly the game options are quite limited with Lollipop Bingo, just two variants of the bingo game. The site only offers 75 ball pattern games and 90 ball bingo. However, if either of these are you favourite gaming options, what more do you need?
When it comes to customising how the game plays for you there are many options are Lollipop, probably more so that at any other network. The sites on this network have options to on alerts on and off, add friends and much more besides the standard auto / manual daub options. These can all be found under the ‘Options’ tab from the bingo room.
Progressive jackpots are available at this site, one for each game type. For the 90 ball you can win it if you call the full house in 39 numbers of less whilst for 75 ball the number of calls, and if the progressive can be won, is dependent on the pattern being played.
The main lobby boasts a special jackpot tab and it is here that you can see all the pre-buy guaranteed jackpots available from Lollipop Bingo. Being such a small network, there’s not a great deal of ‘big money’ games to choose from. At the time of the review the highest jackpot was just £1,000.
If you’re looking for a selection of free bingo games then Lollipop have them in abudance but it is worth noting that you do have to be a depositing player to enjoy the no cost games on offer.
Newbies Free Bingo
Once you have made an initial deposit with the site you are then given seven days access to the Newbie Free Bingo room. This room is open from 8pm until 11pm and boasts £3 jackpot games every few minutes. The prize is split as:
- One line for £0.60
- Two lines for £0.90
- Full house for £1.50
In addition to Newbies Free Bingo there are standard free games from 9am until 1pm daily and then VIP Free Bingo – details of which can be found on the promotions page.
This is where Lollipop Bingo stands out from the crowd! At launch the site had no less than four exclusive offers for their players, three of which are static promotions as shown below:
A random prize draw each and every month for a tangible prize. There is one entry given to any player who has deposited at least £20 with the site in the month of the prize draw. There are twelve Lucky Licker draws every year.
If it is your birthday month then make sure you have deposited at least £20 with the site because you could win a sweet treat for your birthday.
50% of the value of all ticket sales in the Pay Day jackpot game each month will be donated to a worthy cause.
