Whether you love them or hate them, you cannot deny that Monty Python is one of the greats of British comedy. They released their first ever movie on the 1st January 1975 and even though it was basically a compilation of the two television series, it set the ball rolling and was soon followed up by the hugely successful Holy Grail. Film Bingo are celebrating John Cleese and his chums with a month of exclusive promotions, and even though you have missed out on week one, there are still three more to go!
To celebrate the 40th birthday of the iconic Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Film Bingo has lined up a series of simple tasks. As long as you are a depositing player, all you need to do is complete the simple task during the qualifying period and earn yourself some prize draw entries:
Week 2 – Qualify between Monday 12th and Sunday 18th January
You will pick up one prize draw entry each time you bingo on the numbers 1 (for the 1st January 1975 when the first film was released) and 19 or 75 (the year that it was released). The winner will be drawn on Monday 19th January, and they will receive a copy of Michael Palin’s book, The Python Years.
Week 3 – Qualify between Monday 19th and Sunday 25th January
Up for grabs this week is the Monty Python Fluxx game. It’s a bit of a whacky game and totally different to anything you have played before, as the rules and conditions change as it progresses. The draw is taking place on Monday 26th January and qualifying could not be easier, as all you need to do is visit their Facebook page, click like and post the infamous phrase from the film “I fart in your general direction!”
Week 4 – Qualify between Monday 26th and Sunday 31st January
The prize in the final draw is not only a copy of the classic film, but also a brand new Samsung BD-F100 network blu-ray and DVD player to play it on. The winner will be announced on Sunday 1st February and you will earn one prize draw entry for every £20 you deposit during the qualifying period.
