Elf Bingo joined the 15 Network just before Christmas last year, the 13th brand to join the network and opt for the Jumpman Gaming software. At this point there were rumours that it wouldn’t be too long before HTML5 and the ability to play the games offered by the software on your mobile. Eight months later and we can finally tell you that Elf and other brands on the network are now available to play on your tablet.
Mobile phone play seems to be a little hit and miss at the moment but the best on the go gaming experience at Elf Bingo is on your iPad or tablet.
We popped along to give the mobile experience a whirl and were pretty impressed. Often the social side of bingo, the chat rooms, are lost as developers struggle to fit everything on the tablet screen. This is not the case with the Jumpman Gaming software, it’s like a mini version of your desktop.
None of the features you will find on your desktop have been lost although we did find the loading took a little time and the keyboard makes the screen slide up to make way for it, you have to close the keyboard after you type in chat to slide the room back down. We were able to participate in chat games (and win points), interact with other players and even take advantage of the Streak Buster feature in our time playing Elf Bingo on our iPad.
We didn’t need a laptop warming our legs whilst sat watching Coronation Street and Eastenders and playing a few games at Elf Bingo, all in all a good mobile experience was had with this offering.
Here’s a screenshot from the iPad:
