City the cat is the mascot of one of the Mandalay Media brands, City Bingo, and each month this moggy takes a trip to a different destination. Upon arrival (usually the 1st of each month) the sites feline friend reveals a new promotion for the players at the site and for September it is Hong Kong Kitty.
