Part of the fun of playing internet bingo is participating in the chat games at any site; these can be a great way to interact with your fellow bingo players. One internet bingo site has taken the chat game one step further; Bingopoly at BlackpoolClub Bingo is a tournament style chat game that lasts between 2 and 3 hours with players travelling around a bingo board collecting, and losing points on the way.
As some of our readers may know, the idea, the layout and the game play was created by me based on the board game Monopoly and after having created the game in my time as a chat host for Purely Bingo I made the decision to pass it on to BlackpoolClub Bingo. Changes were made to the original format in order to bring the game to the bingo platform as a fun way for players to take on Bingopoly.
When you play Bingopoly at BlackpoolClub Bingo the idea is to be one of the three players who have scored the most points in the tournament. Scoring points is easy enough; win bingo and the number you win on has been allocated a street name or it could be a Stinking Rich or Flat Broke card. Each street is worth points and the more points you score the better; however you do need to watch out for the bingo call that can send you to the Paupers Prison and see you losing 20 points in the process. Winning a Stinking Rich or Flat Broke card could mean that you get an instant bonus, extra points or if you are unlucky enough to pull a “bribe the CM” card – loss of points.
Bingopoly at BlackpoolClub Bingo is a great tournament that pulls bingo players together as they watch other players rush around the virtual board and if one is unlucky enough to be sent to Pauper’s Prison then a sense of camaraderie erupts in the bingo chat room. Virtual cakes with nail files are sent into the “jail bird” in the vain hope that escape is on the cards for the unfortunate player.
Bingopoly at Blackpool Club Bingo takes place every Tuesday in the Barmy room from 7pm until 11pm, why not pop along and join in the fun.
