The latest of the new bingo sites listed here at BallsUp is Silk Bingo, a site powered by the 888/Globalcom bingo software. Today we bring you a winners’ tale from Silk Bingo and that winner is me! As is usual when any new bingo site launches one of the team rush over to the site and play a few games of bingo to see if the site is worthy of addition to our bingo reviews section. It was my turn for Silk Bingo so off I went…
As with all new bingo sites that we write reviews for I like to take full advantage of their cash match bonus on initial transactions so rather then the usual £10 deposit I doubled up and broke my bingo back with £20 at Silk Bingo! Get me, big spender! First to try was 75 ball bingo, it was a 10p bingo game, I bought all 24 bingo tickets and sat watching the game. Low and behold, for £2.40 I netted a win of £29.37!
Onto the 90 ball bingo room at Silk Bingo, this time it was 25p per ticket so be conscious of trying all the games available at Silk Bingo, I bought just 10 this game. Lady Luck was with me, I bagged a hattrick, winning one line, two lines and the full house! My bingo balance was looking decidedly healthy at this point.
I’m the sort of bingo player that likes to have a dabble on the bingo side games and for me, on the 888/Globalcom bingo software it’s the Sands of Fortune game that I like to play. So, start of light with 10p per line spins, with 18 paylines, that’s £1.80 a spin and I get a couple of bonus rounds. My balance after about 20-30 spins on Sands of Fortune was at about £150! Ok, at this point maybe I should have quit whilst I was ahead but I was having a great time! I meant to take my per line bet up to 20p per payline but somehow managed to do a max bet spin of £18; £1 per payline – my heart was in my mouth as the reels rolled in but I netted a £200 bonus round spin – talk about ‘breathe a sigh of relief’.
I walked away from the bingo side games at that point and back to a couple more games of bingo but this winners’ tale from Silk Bingo saw me withdraw an impressive £395 on just a £20 deposit!
Beginners luck? Maybe, but it’s an internet bingo site I will be visiting again soon!
