Have you seen the new Wink Bingo advert? The one with the lady playing internet bingo and then celebrating in a rather unusual manner; well it’s been airing on our television screens for about a week now and I’ve been scratching my head and furiously searching for the title of the Wink Bingo advert music. It’s a really quirky number that sticks in your head but all my searching has proved to be fruitless!
The Wink Bingo advert music has something very World War II about it; it sounds like its being played through an old gramophone but there is something very catchy about the tune. If you close your eyes and listen to the music you can imagine a woman in the 40’s listening to this tune whilst pencilling in the seam on her tights in the parlour before going off to a dance!
The Wink Bingo advert starts off with a lady sat in her pyjamas playing a game of internet bingo on her laptop and then winning; the music then starts up and she magically dances up the walls, across the ceiling and back down again.
The words for the Wink Bingo advert music go something like this:-
Oh, feeling, feeling lighter than air
You make me jump for joy
Life had lost its meaning but your love’s so appealing
You got me floating on the ceiling and you make me jump for joy
Make me jump on the ceiling (repeat)
Feeling like a millionaire
You got me floating on the ceiling and you make me jump for joy
I love the advert and the Wink Bingo advert music has replaced that of Tombola as my favourite in the music stakes when advertising internet bingo! If you haven’t seen the commercial, click the image below to view:
