Since the launch of Spin Genie and Slingo Riches becoming a pay to play game rather than just an app, we’ve been big fans. On Friday 16th October Spin Genie rolled out a new version of the game called Slingo Extreme and we were first to see what it had to offer.
When you open the game, the obvious difference is the colour scheme used. There’s a darker hue to the new version, one that works with the suggestion that this game is ‘on fire’.
The more subtle difference is the pay scales for the different bets and achieving Slingo’s.
Slingo Extreme v Slingo Payouts
Below is an example of a £2 game:
Number of Slingo | Slingo Riches Payout | Slingo Extreme Pay out |
1 | 20p | 20p |
2 | 40p | 40p |
3 | £1 | 60p |
4 | £2 | £2 |
5 | £4 | £4 |
6 | £8 | £6 |
7 | £14 | £10 |
8 | £20 | £20 |
9 | £50 | £40 |
10 | £100 | £200 |
Full House | £400 | £1,000 |
As you can see from the above, we see a reduction in the pay for achieving the lower number of Slingos but double the value for 10 and 2.5x for achieving the full house.
Game Play For Slingo Extreme
When you start the game you don’t have to click anything other than to place the Scatter’s. If there are no matches then the computer will automatically start the spin again.
The other big difference is that when the natural game has ended at Spin Genie, you have played your 11 spins that you get for your original bet, you now have the option to spend more for EIGHT extra balls, rather than the four that is on the original game.
Slingo Extreme – Game In Play
In Summary
Slingo Extreme is faster paced than the original with bigger jackpots on offer. It’s as good as the original and we think, going to be just as popular!
Now just to wait for Spin Genie Bingo!
