Often in the BallsUpBingo office we receive emails from new bingo sites asking us to advertise their wares and of course, when we receive such requests we pop along to have a look at what the site has to offer. However today we didn’t boot up our browser but sat back stunned as the name of the new site sank in! Why would anyone choose to call their brand The Holy Bingo was the first thought and this was shortly followed by a lot of puns and witty ideas for bringing it to your attention….
We did pop along to The Holy Bingo but despite the offer of a £10 free no deposit required welcome bonus from this new bingo site we chose not to register because to be honest, how long is this brand going to last? Something just doesn’t sit right about the name and although none of the team at BallsUpBingo are deeply religious, it really isn’t acceptable to call a gambling site “Holy” in our opinion.
Powered by the Aberrant software The Holy Bingo probably offers the same to it’s players as other brands on the same platform and yes, there are cash prizes to be won not miracles as one of our team suggested when told the name of this new site.
Other comments included references to a fee as you signed out of the site (a collection plate) and having to have a biblical username in order to register – none of which is applicable but we’re sure you can see where we are going with this and it definitely isn’t to play at The Holy Bingo! Whilst we all pray for our bingo numbers to come out and make us a winner this really isn’t a site for us.
