There has been plenty of talk about the new Moon Bingo advert and finally we can see it on our television screens. There are four adverts in total for Moon Bingo, one is a full 30 seconds long whilst the other three are just 10 seconds long, bingo bumpers as they are known in the world of internet bingo.
As suspected the theme of the commercials centres on the moon and features, as is customary when advertising bingo online, two ladies!
The opening scene of the Moon Bingo advert features two female astronauts, one holding a Moon Bingo flag whilst the other is ‘looking for Sheffield’. The flag is planted and number one astronaut says ‘I plant this in the name of Moon Bingo’, then the two astronauts alternate by saying ‘where it’s free to play, you could win big pay and the monthly free bingo jackpots total £100,000’.
The ghetto blaster is then turned on as the ladies “moon walk” and the voiceover reiterates what has already been said but in keeping with the theme it’s said in ‘walkie talkie’ mode. The slogan for the site, as we have said before, is quite catchy – Moon Bingo, one small step for man, one giant leap for bingo – but in all honesty, the Moon Bingo advert isn’t as eye catching as many of the adverts we have seen on the small screen.
Having said all that, when you see the clip, Moon Bingo is certainly an internet bingo name you will remember and as with all advertising, for any product, it’s about making your brand memorable and this has been achieved.
Take a look, see what you think..
