Rumour has it that it will be Microgaming for JackpotCity Bingo from 2nd November but at this point it is just that, a rumour. For a few days now we have been unable to access the homepage for JackpotCity Bingo and we were getting a little concerned. Some investigative internet bingo journalism was called for and we managed to unearth a little snippet of information that suggests there is to be a new look bingo site and new operator for this site.
Should JackpotCity Bingo choose to move from Virtue Fusion, their current bingo platform, to Microgaming we think it’s the worse move possible. Whilst internet bingo sites like Giggle Bingo do quite well, they do not have the following or interest of sites powered by the Virtue Fusion bingo software. Microgaming bingo is quite restricted in the bingo offerings available with only 75 and 90 ball bingo whilst the Virtue Fusion platform currently used by JackpotCity Bingo offers 80 ball bingo as well as other great games like Joker Jackpot, Marine Mayhem and a recent introduction, Deal or No Deal Bingo.
When something is good why change is to something of an inferior quality? This is what we feel that JackpotCity Bingo are doing should the rumours be true and they are migrating their business to Microgaming.
Microgaming do offer great casino games but when it comes to internet bingo offerings they pale into insignificance alongside giants like Dragonfish/888/Globalcom and Virtue Fursion. Let’s hope that this really is just a rumour. Check back on 2nd November for the next thrilling instalment of the Microgaming for JackpotCity Bingo story!
