Recent changes to many internet bingo sites have seen an increase in the maximum amount of bingo tickets available per game. With the industry as a whole appearing to take into consideration the current economic climate by offering free and bargain bingo why then would they increase the maximum tickets for bingo games?
It seems a little contradictory to on one hand offer cheaper bingo tickets only to then bump up the amount of tickets available to buy per game.
Previously the 888Holdings/Globalcom bingo software offered a maximum ticket purchase of just 24 tickets per game compared to the Virtue Fusion platform which has long offered 72 tickets as their maximum bingo cards per game. The first of the Globalcom sites to change the maximum tickets for bingo games was 888Ladies and although there was a little furore at the time amongst internet bingo players with regard to the 96 tickets now available, this soon passed and it now accepted as the norm.
Foxy Bingo have now followed suit and whilst not all bingo games offer the 96 maximum tickets at their only bingo site, you will find this in many of the cheap bingo rooms.
With a bump in maximum tickets why does a site like Foxy Bingo also open a Fair for All bingo room with a maximum of say 6 tickets per game. This then caters for the player who doesn’t have bottomless bingo pockets and cannot financially compete with the player who can buy maximum tickets on each and every game.
Whilst it only takes one ticket to win a game of internet bingo, we all know that the more tickets you buy, the better your chances of winning. Let’s see the giants in the world of bingo redress this balance and cater for those players who are on a tight bingo budget.
