My contacts in the bingo industry come through for me again and this time it’s about the Love Bingo TV advert that is due to hit our screens on Thursday. I’ve been given an exclusive look at the advert and can tell you that the whole Love Bingo theme runs throughout. What I love about the Love Bingo TV advert is the characters will appeal to “real” bingo players; they aren’t models in fact Leo is quite a chubby chap!
The first scene in the Love Bingo TV advert is a chap snoring on the sofa and then the camera moves to a woman sat at her PC saying “I wish I knew of a site out there for people like me who love playing bingo”. Her desk starts to shake and she turns around just as Leo the Love Bingo cupid appears with his fairy wings are arrow. “Shufty to the side” he says in a very broad Yorkshire accent and shoots his arrow at the pc screen; this releases millions of pink balls onto the sleeping choppy.

eo then goes on to say “Love Bingo, you can play for only 1p AND you get £10 free play”. He then strikes a super hero type pose and says “Hang on I can here another bingo player calling!”<
All in all the Love Bingo TV advert is fun and definitely raises a giggle or too when you watch it. Leo looks very, ermmm, cute in his red Love Bingo t-shirt and nappy!
It’s great to see another marketing campaign for Internet bingo and even better to see one that has a laugh at itself by using a rather rotund chappy to play Leo the Love Bingo cupid.
