ITV Bingo is the latest brand to come from Cashcade and already it’s proving a bit hit amongst players. Like many of the new bingo sites launching we are already seeing this brand on our television screens. The ITV Bingo advert tries to portray the link between TV viewing and bingo, the main focus of this brand.
We are shown a lady running to her local bingo hall, sitting down and dabbing a number only then to get out of her seat, sprint home and site down on her sofa. This scene loops as the poor woman tries to catch up on her favourite viewing whilst also enjoying a game of bingo. Something we are already able to do simply by purchasing a laptop, it doesn’t mean we have to play at ITV Bingo though!
Whilst we understand how the site is trying to attract members it lacks real branding that other Cashcade brands seem to get across in their advertising. With the main focus of ITV Bingo being that it hosts rooms themed around soaps like Coronation Street and Emmerdale, does the advert really do it justice? We think not and as a footnote, what’s with the big ‘powered by Cassava’ text about? Are they trying to get it across that ITV Bingo is no longer powered by the software originally used when the brand first launched?
However, whilst the advert for ITV Bingo may not be up there with other great commercials for internet bingo, we do love the site and what it has to offer players, especially the £10 free, no deposit required, welcome bonus.
So whether you love the ITV Bingo advert or not, let’s not forget that their internet bingo site it well worth a visit!
