Back in August the Dragonfish network informed us that they would be removing all the £1 free welcome bonuses from all the brands on their network and said that this was to be completed by 5th September 2011. All brands on the Dragonfish network were requested to remove all reference to the £1 free or 20 free bingo cards offer from their banners as Dragonfish worked towards removing the references from all of the landing pages of their brands…
From what we can see, and we only checked a handful of the Dragonfish brands, all references have now been removed but you have to ask why when changes to the home pages were being made were redesigns not done at the same time? Some of the older, more established brands on this network are looking a little tired to say the least! Take Bingo Ballroom for instance, the home page is plain with little information in comparison with one of the newer brands like Brits Bingo.
Whilst Dragonfish have now removed the no deposit required welcome bonuses from all brands they have introduced free bingo games to all players whether they have made a deposit or not. There are two rooms available at sites like Bingo Lottery that offer free bingo:
