We have seen many sports betting sites add bingo to the games available; big names like Ladbrokes, William Hill, bet365 and Paddy Power all have internet bingo available now but the latest news is that Boylesports Bingo is coming soon. Reportedly this new bingo site is to be powered by Virtue Fusion although the poker available is powered by PlayTech.
Recently we saw PlayTech purchase Virtue Fusion and in our opinion, if we are to see Boylesports Bingo launch, then Virtue Fusion bingo software is definitely the better of the two platforms when it comes to internet games.
However we are starting to question whether we are reaching saturation point when it comes to bingo sites available online. You only have to look at the launch of Caesars Bingo and how it’s been a little bit of a non-starter so far. We have been back and forth in the new bingo sites rooms and player numbers are not increasing at the rate we would expect to see for such a big name in the gaming industry.
A recent visit to Caesars Bingo found just two players in their 90 ball bingo room (Sunday 21st March at 12.30pm) – not really in incentive for new players to register. Despite a great promotion and the chance to win an all expenses trip to Las Vegas, Caesars Bingo isn’t appealing to bingo players as yet.
Can the soon to launch Boylesports Bingo fare any better and get internet bingo players through their virtual doors? It might be easier as the brand has other games on their site and they could find that casino, poker or betting players make the transition to bingo quite quickly.
