Last year we saw a number of internet bingo sites make the choice to change their software provider. That latest news is the Bingo.com change bingo platform, gone is the Aberrant software previously used to power their bingo games and in comes the Cozy Games offering. You have to ask yourself when a site makes a move life this, why?
Other sites who have made a change include Virgin Bingo who moved from Parlay to Virtue Fusion. This was a move that was understandable at the time, Parlay didn’t match up to the Virtue Fusion at the time. JackpotCity Bingo recently moved from Virtue Fusion to Microgaming, a move that like the Bingo.com move, could prove to be internet bingo suicide.
With blogs like ours available across the internet and bingo players being offered more and more variety in the world of online bingo, why would a site like Bingo.com who had bingo software that didn’t power hundreds of other sites, move to an offering like Cozy Games?
This, as much of what is said on our blog, is just personal opinion, but many of the Cozy Games bingo sites offer that little something that makes them stand out from the crowd; it’s very much a case, in most instances, of seen one, seem them all.
In defence of Bingo.com, we did take a trip over to their new look internet bingo site and the games do look a little different to that on offer at sites like Gone Bingo and Wow Bingo but other than that, this won’t be a site that we are rushing back to in the foreseeable future. As always, don’t take our word for it, with £15 free for new players, you have nothing to lose by going to take a look for yourself.
