Bingo Blitz is by far one of the most popular Facebook apps available but of late there have been a number of issues following on from the accidental removal from the social networking site. Of course the game remains popular but the latest update sees Bingo Blitz remove the Last Chance Clock and from the banter in the rooms, the feelings are mixed. As a player myself I find it frustrating now the Last Chance clock is not available and from the comments on their wall, I am not alone.
I find myself missing bingo’s because often the last number called is the one you required to get a bingo but the game ends immediately if all the bingo’s have been called not giving you time to dab that all important last number when playing Bingo Blitz.
The official explanation for the removal of the Bingo Blitz Last Chance clock is that it had been causing performance issues but the feeling amongst players is that it was removed because some players would try and get a “Blackout” (cover all numbers) in order to score more points. Official sources suggest that this is not the case and go on to say:
Claiming a bingo isn’t guaranteed, there’s only a set amount to claim, and there are other people that are claiming bingos at the same time you are playing. If you cannot claim a bingo because you didn’t have enough time to daub the last number, it’s because someone else grabbed the last bingo available.
However I believe the developers of Bingo Blitz, although stating that the Last Chance Clock removal is indefinite, will work on a fix that creates a fair gaming environment for all of their players.
Another little tip if you’re a new player to Bingo Blitz; if you’re looking for free credits sometimes the operators post them on the wall. I could never figure out how to get back to the wall, you simply click the Bingo Blitz logo above the game and it will take you there. This is where you’ll find free credits AND all the latest news from this Facebook Bingo app.
