A little while ago I reviewed Slingo at Spin Genie, a unique bingo game at the site that I thoroughly enjoy playing. Often, when I get a bit of free time away from being a bingo journalist, Spin Genie is my current casino venue of choice, specifically because I love the Slingo game. However, the brand doesn’t just offer Slingo, there’s a whole portfolio of casino style games to choose from and I’ll sometimes spin a few of their reels too.
It was playing the slots recently that landed me quite substantial winnings, enough to replace our old dilapidated car and pay a few bills at least!
I’d been playing Slingo late on a Saturday night and thought I’d have a few spins on the Dracula slot. After about 30 minutes, my balance was over £1,000 and it was then I decided to call it a day and withdraw my winnings. I was happy enough with that…
When my winnings hit my bank (just a couple of days after my withdrawal had been processed) I thought I’d pop back and see if Lady Luck was still as my side at Spin Genie. Again, I started with a few games of Slingo but then opted for a few spins on the Jurassic Park slot. I love the bonus features on this game where different dinosaurs offer different features with the free spins. I got lucky a couple of times launching the bonus round and had increased my bet amount. I was betting £3 a spin when the bonus round landed again, this time giving me the Triceratops.

When you are awarded this dinosaur you get running wilds, stacked wilds and re-spins. If the stacked wilds drop in then they are held and a re-spin takes place. When a certain stack is reached, a stampede happens and this is when the big wins come in. For me, it was a win worth over £3,000!
Needless to say, I’m well happy with my wins and the money was in my bank pretty quickly. The other half and I are picking up the new car on Saturday and whilst it may be a second-hand family estate car, we’re over the moon so thank you Spin Genie!
