Bet365 Bingo offer all their new bingo players to their internet bingo site a £10 no deposit required welcome bonus followed by a 200% cash match deposit bonus up to £200 on their first deposit but something a little concerning has recently been bought to my attention by one of our bingo forum members.
Our bingo forum member “chippybek” recently sent me a private message at the forum to tell me about an issue she had at Bet365 Bingo and I am sure she will be happy for me to be passing the details to all of you and this situation stresses the need to read the terms and conditions of any internet bingo site.
ChippyBek found details of Bet365 Bingo in our bingo reviews section and being an avid internet bingo player was keen to try any new online bingo site that launched; off she trundled to Bet365 Bingo and received her £10 free welcome bonus. She was enjoying the games so much that she decided to take advantage of the 200% first deposit bonus offer and made an initial deposit of £10. She was a little concerned that her balance still only showed what was left of her initial free £10 and the £10 she had deposited. The 200% cash match bonus had not been added to her account!
Following the usual procedure when you have an issue with an online bingo site she then contacted customer support at Bet365 Bingo to enquire as to why she had not received the first deposit bonus to which she believed she was entitled. She was then informed that because she had not spent all of her initial £10 welcome bonus, as per their terms and conditions which state about the 200% cash match “This bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other Games at bet365 or Bingo at bet365 offer”, that she had to deposit another £34 before she would become eligible for the cash match bonus.
Unfortunately I am not in a position to question Bet365 Bingo as it clearly states in their terms and conditions that you cannot have two bonus offers running concurrently but it does leave a sore taste in my mouth simply because all too often people take advantage of the free money on offer at an online bingo site never to return again. Yet this player is being penalised for depositing money before spending all of her welcome bonus.
It simply doesn’t make sense to me, she likes the site, she wants to continue playing and she has actually deposited money onto Bet365 Bingo so why should she not be entitled to the 200% cash match simply because she deposited prior to spending her free money?
Come on Bet365 Bingo sort this out!
