When Daily Record Bingo first hit the online gaming scene it was part of the Cashcade network but in July 2014 all brands owned by the Trinity Mirror Group moved to the Virtue Fusion software.
At the time of the migration there was no affiliate scheme offered so we chose not to update our review of Daily Record Bingo or actively promote the site. The information below was correct as of June 2014 but will no longer be updated. All links redirect to Mirror Bingo, the sister site of this brand.

Daily Record Bingo is another one of the online bingo sites powered by the 888/Globalcom software, forming part of the Cashcade network. If you have played at any of the other sites on the network, everything will feel very familiar as they use the networks standard layout. This is not necessarily a bad thing though as everything is well laid out and easy to navigate thanks to the simple menu at the top of the screen. It is just a shame that they could not have made more of an effort to make themselves stand out from all of the other Cashcade sites.
The homepage of Daily Record Bingo is made up of a series of coloured blocks, each one advertising a different aspect of what they have to offer such as promotions, guaranteed jackpots and a comprehensive community section. It’s always worth taking some time to explore these different areas as they contain plenty of useful information such as a list of bingo calls, what all of the different bingo acronyms mean and even a section where you can meet the CM’s. To the left of the screen you will find a small list of the side games they have to offer, giving you instant access with a single mouse click.
Click on ‘Join Now’ and you will be taken to a one page registration page where you will need to enter the usual information such as name, address, email address etc. Because they are part of a network you may find you will need to come up with a username which is different to any you have used before. You are required to enter your credit card details but this is just for security and age verification purposes only and they won’t take any money until are ready to play for real. When that time comes, you will earn a bonus on every deposit you make.
The lobby also uses the networks standard layout and colour scheme and there is not even their logo anywhere, just a generic ‘Bingo’ at the top of the screen. This is a shame as it means you could be playing at any one of a number of different sites so Daily Record Bingo is getting none of the recognition. You will find four tabs covering 90 ball bingo, 75 ball bingo, pre-buy and instants. Each tab brings up a small selection of rooms, but some of these are only open at certain times of the day. This is ok though as it funnels the players that are online into the open rooms to make sure the jackpots you are playing for are worth winning.
The bingo rooms themselves are of the quality we have come to expect from the 888/Globalcom software and you can see that is has been honed over many years and across numerous other brand to make sure everything works perfectly. The left hand side of the screen is dedicated to displaying your cards and you can select them one at a time or in strips to save time. There is also an auto-buy facility that comes in really handy if you need to step away from the computer. The right hand side of the screen is where you will find the chat room and it is a great place to make new friends.
The main focus of Daily Record Bingo’s promotions is their guaranteed jackpots and there is over £50,000 to be won every week. It does not matter what time of the day or night you log on, you are never further then fifteen minutes away from a bigger then average jackpots. Apart from these games there is really not a lot going on unfortunately, apart weekend tournaments where you can win a share of 60,000 Bingo Points. The promotions are seriously letting the brand down and is something they need to improve if they hope to compete with some of the bigger brands out there.
Daily Record Bingo sadly share the fate of the majority of networked site out there in that they simple cannot offer enough to entice players through the door. Unfortunately they have also opted to go for one of the networks with very little to offer in terms of promotions, so they really have to battle hard to keep their players happy. If you play online bingo just for the big guaranteed cash jackpots then we are sure you will enjoy Daily Record Bingo, but if you are looking for a bit more variety you are probably better off looking elsewhere.
Daily Record Bingo Review – Bingo Games
Game Options at Daily Record Bingo
Daily Record Bingo is one of the many sites powered by the 888/Globalcom software and is therefore home to 75 ball bingo, 90 ball bingo and a small range of side games including multiline slots, sctatchcards, Roulette, 3 reel slots and instants. All of these games can be accessed from the lobby or from within they bingo rooms. The side games look great, have nice graphics and a host of exciting features, all designed to boost your chances of winning a pocket full of cash.
The bingo options are broken down into five different categories: General, In Game, Chat, Card Prize Alert and Dabbing Configuration. They give you plenty of control over the look and feel of the game and include such things as best card sorting, autodaub, and the ability to turn off different sounds. The software also includes a selection of dauber shapes and colours so you can bring a bit of your own personality into the room with you.

Promotions
When it comes to promotions, Daily Record Bingo is sadly lagging behind the competition. This is largely due to the Cashcade network but at the same time, the owners of the site have not made any effort to offer anything above or beyond the networks basic promotions. If you like free money then you might be satisfied with an average welcome bonus and reloads on all future deposits, but this day and age with so many site out there trying to attract new players, you would think they would try a little harder.
Daily Record Bingo is however home to chat games, chat tournaments, a loyalty scheme and a refer a friend bonus so at least there is something, even if it’s not very exciting. The only shining light on their promotions is Daily Record Bingo’s guaranteed jackpot games, but even these can be accessed by all of the other sites on the network, so you will find yourself competing against a lot of players for the chance to win a pocket full of cash.
Loyalty
From the moment you register, Daily Record Bingo will start rewarding you with Bingo Points. They will be awarded every time that you log on and play bingo, so the more you play, the more rewards you get. Each card you purchase and every friend you refer will also earn you Bingo Points which you can later convert into bonus money to purchase more cards. Every 10p you wager on bingo cards will earn you one Bingo Point and when you have accumulated 1,000 points, you can exchange them for £1 worth of bonus money.
Daily Record Bingo provides you with lots of ways to boost your points total too, with the easiest one being taking part in their chat games which run every few minutes in all of their rooms. When you enter a room, the Chat Host will give you the details of what you need to do, and they will willing to repeat the information if you ask them. If you decide you like Daily Record Bingo and refer a friend, you will earn an extra 5,000 Bingo Points for each one that registers and becomes a funded player.
