Bingo Joy is powered by the G2 GTech software, and is one of the sites that make up the G2 GTech network, where it sits alongside other brands such as ChitChat Bingo, Love Bingo, and Vernons Bingo to name but a few. Their home page looks classy with an attractive blue and yellow colour scheme, and they have designed it in such a way that everything fits on one page, so the only reason you would have to scroll down, is if you wanted to read the small print.

There are two menus on the homepage of Bingo Joy, one running along the top with links to the four main game types; Bingo, Casino Games, Scratch Cards and Slots. Down the left hand side of the screen though, you will find buttons leading to all of the other areas of this site which includes a schedule, a promotions page, banking and a really useful community section. If you are new to the game, we definitely suggest you check out this areas as it is packed full of information including details of their Chat Masters, bingo lingo, news and winners stories.

Registration is a two step process, with the first page asking for your basic details such as name and email address. The second page is where you have to come up with a username and password, and you will need to make sure that these are different to those you have used when opening accounts at any of the other sites on the network. You do not need to enter any credit card details until you decide you want to play for real and want to make a deposit. Bingo Joy will welcome you with some free money, followed by bonuses on your first three deposits.

The lobby is actually integrated into the main site, so don’t expect it to open up in a new window. There are only a few rooms to choose from, but they do offer 75 ball, 80 ball and 90 ball bingo. The lack of rooms is not really a problem though, as it makes it easier for you to find your bingo buddies and funnels all of the players into the one place, resulting in larger prize pot. From the tabs on this page you can also access all of the sites other games, and this includes nearly one hundred exciting instant games, so the odds are there is going to be something you like.

The bingo rooms are nicely designed, but for some reason when you maximise the screen it moves everything over to the left instead of centring it, this is only a small niggle though and is probably just down to my own personal preferences. To the left of the screen you have a small chat room and a selection of mini games. The only problem is, when you come to play these games, they make the chat panel even smaller, making it really difficult to follow what is going on. The right hand side of the screen is dedicated to displaying your cards, and they have built in a few basic options so you can customise your game play.

When it comes to promotions, the G2 GTech network is one of the better ones out there. In addition to their bonuses, they have a free scratchcard for all players that have wagered at least £5 in the previous seven days. Qualifying players can access this daily, for the chance to win up to £100. The Bingo Joy schedule is packed full of exciting offers including big cash jackpots, free bingo, value days, slots tournaments, a loyalty scheme, Bingo Party Live and regular specials where you can prizes such as holidays and shopping vouchers.

Bingo Joy is a great site, with lots to offer both old and new players alike. As a networked site, they will always have problems competing against the standalone sites out there, but if we judge them on what they have to offer then they actually fair very well. They have all of the games you could want, good bonuses and plenty of promotions to keep you entertained. The G2 GTech network is well put together and the software makes a real change from the deluge of Dragonfish sites we see all too often. Give Bingo Joy a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Bingo Joy Review – Bingo Games

Game Options at Bingo Joy

Bingo Joy has plenty of games for you to enjoy including 75 ball, 80 ball and 90 ball bingo. If you prefer your instant games though, you are in luck because they are home to a massive range covering slots, scratchcards, progressives, casino games and arcade games. All of these games can be accessed directly via the ‘Casino’ link on the home page, or from inside the bingo rooms by using the drop down ‘Side Games’ menu.

Click on the little icon spanner underneath the chat panel in the bingo room and you will find a selection of options including auto daub and best card sorting as well as controls for the games sounds and graphics quality. There is also an easy to use auto-buy facility where you can set the number of games you want to play, the number tickets you want to purchase and the maximum ticket price you are willing to pay.

Jackpots

Bingo Joy hosts over £1,200 worth of guaranteed cash jackpots games every day of the week. These guaranteed games run between 9pm and 10pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. On Thursday nights though, they double the prize money, giving you the chance to win a share of a whopping £2,500. All of these games take place in a linked room which can be accessed from any bingo room except for Bingo Party Live.

In addition to this though, Bingo Joy also has a ‘Giant Jackpot’ in their Bingo Cafe room. This jackpot can only be won during five hours, which are split into three special session:

  • Morning Session: 10am and 12pm
  • Afternoon Session: 3pm and 5pm
  • Evening Session: 8pm and 9pm

What makes this ‘Giant Jackpot’ so special, is the fact that it keeps on growing until a full house is called in thirty three balls or less. At the time of writing this review, it sits at over £40,000, so as you can see it’s well worth winning!

Promotions

Bingo Joy is one of the sites that make up the St Minver network, and therefore has the same promotions as all of their other sites. This is no bad thing though, as they offer a great mix of regular offers including guaranteed jackpots, progressive jackpots, free bingo, penny bingo, fastest finger first and a free daily scratch card where you can win up to £100.

Head into any of their bingo rooms, and you will also be able to join in their chat games. These take place in all of Bingo Joy’s rooms and ok you can’t win a fortune, but they are a great way of passing the time and making new friends. During these games, you can win bonus money, which in turn you can spend on bingo cards or mini games.

In addition to all of this though, Bingo Joy regularly adds monthly specials to give away even more money and special prizes. They have given away tickets to comedy and sporting events, mini breaks, experiences days and even holidays, all of which help bump up the excitement factor.
